On The Ball Youth Basketball is dedicated to helping youth organizations and programs to prepare youth through the tools of basketball to gain life skills such as team work, discipline, physical and mental toughness necessary for success.

In order for any athlete to excel in sports it is very important for them to understand the importance of high academic standards along with developing their character. As coaches, counselors, and mentors it is our responsibility to give our young student athletes the fundamental tools necessary to make positive choices and decisions that will impact them for the rest of their lives.
